Standard shipping within the US typically takes 3-5 business days. International orders can take between 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn jewelry in its original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged.

Do you offer a warranty on your products?

Yes, all Maya & Henry's pieces come with a 1-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, loss, or normal wear and tear.
